August 2014, in Tactics of Calvary Temple world, marked a change in what was said about Bob Scott and henchmen. In other words, Tactics started calling out Wolf Bob Scott’s lies…essentially calling BS what he is – A LIAR – big time. August 2014’s posts were lengthier in general.
Five Reasons Not to Trust Calvary Temple’s Public Relations
Hey. Tactics, like us, takes very seriously the business of Exposing Calvary Temple, speaking the Truth, warning the Sterling and outlying communities, and praying that something…ANYTHING…will get through to the Bobite captives.
While not funny at all, reading this post again after quite a while, had me chuckling at my computer. It’s amazing how you can laugh, shake your head, and be revulsed all at the same time. And the sadness…there’s always the sadness. And the determination to stand. Always the determination to stand for Jesus and His Word.
So, as for this particular post, how much more can I add to it? It’s really pretty perfect just as it is; self-explanatory, in my humble opinion. Truth. Every single word is Truth.
What do you think:
- The main stream members love to lord their superiority over others.
- The pastors lie.
- The members let the pastors lie.
- The members cannot be trusted to know what is going on in their own church.
- Quite a few of the members lie.
I guess if I had to say anything else, it would be about the last point, “Quite a few of the members lie.” At first, it’s easy to believe that not all the Bobites are liars, but when you get right down to it…they ALL lie. They can’t help it. How else can they justify what Bob Scott does to them and to others? They can’t stay in the Cult of Calvary Temple if they don’t lie…to themselves first, and then to anyone and everyone around them.
I know that towards the end of my tenure there, as Bob got worse and worse, I felt that I had to “gloss over the truth” when talking to my then husband, family and friends…I knew that they wouldn’t “get it”.
What wouldn’t they get?
How about the fact that right after Janet Scott died, Bob Scott’s wife of over 35 years, he stood in his faux pulpit, called himself the High Priest, said that the Old Testament forbid him to mourn, then announced that he would be marrying a not quite 19-year-old, and did just that less than three weeks later. Keep in mind that he was 55 at the time. He’ll be 71 this May. [Insert visible shudder here…]
Yep. I KNOW that my ex wouldn’t have gotten that one.
So…
No, Tactics…more than “quite a few members lie.” They are ALL liars.
Calvary Temple is a lie. Period.
Tactics ends with Scripture, like always, and in this commentary, the Scripture choice speaks volumes:
“But God says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge,
I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame” (Hosea 4:6-7).

What’s the bottom line, here? You can trust NOTHING that ANYONE says or does who belongs to the Calvary Temple Cult.

Calvary Temple and members are still under an active investigation by the Loudoun County Sherriff’s Office into allegations of child sexual abuse.
