For today’s post, Tactics is using the same format in this June 27, 2014, post that was used in the post from a day earlier, citing Scripture that Wolf Bob Scott has used to mock and demoralize a Calvary Temple Cult (CTC) Bobite. Much like my last post, Another Gospel, I do not remember hearing this specific Scripture used from Bob’s faux pulpit. And again, it doesn’t matter if I did or didn’t hear it; he most likely did.
Wiser Than Seven Men (Taken from Proverbs 26:16)
I know this because I did hear him distort, misinterpret, and manipulate the Word of God to mock CT congregants who simply asked a question that Bob didn’t like. I can still picture him sitting up front with his mafia (other false pastors) during a panel session (panel sessions were conducted in lieu of a “service”, primarily used to ensure that Bob’s “nuggets” (insert revulsion, here) were digested by all Calvarytempleland-ers, to distribute gossip, to keep congregants in check, and yes, to mock and ridicule anyone who dared to ask a question).
I know for a fact that he would say very similar things like this:
“The Pastoral Team has a combined 275 years of experience, yet (insert any name, here) thinks that they know better.”
“The thousands upon thousands of hours poured into this person’s life.”
“The pastoral hours and hours and hours devoted to helping so-and-so.”
The arrogance never ceases to amaze me. Bob Scott and his henchmen are certainly not humble, that’s for sure. Then to watch this supposed man of God thoroughly and publicly take someone to task, and use the Word of God to do it? I remember feeling sick in my stomach every time this happened. I always felt so bad for the person on the receiving end of this disgusting behavior.
Man of God, my eye. Bob Scott is the exact opposite of Jesus, our True Shepherd.
Yes, Tactics is spot on with this post, ending with the Truth about Bob Scott and what the Word of God says he really is. Who is really the fool, Bob…hmmm?:
“Mockery is a great way to publicly shame/silence honorable people here. Over the years, far more than seven men have tried to reason/warn our Pastor. He has blown them all off.
But God says, “If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. A rich man is wise in his own eyes, but a poor man who has understanding will find him out. Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy” (Proverbs 28:9,11,13).”
Oh. And just in case you are wondering what Proverbs 26:16 says? Here it is, from the King James Version: “The sluggard is wiser in his own conceit than seven men that can render a reason.”
Other versions translate “sluggard” as “lazy” and “a hater of work.” That’s right. Bob Scott, a supposed shepherd is publicly defaming a fellow Christian, calling them a sluggard, lazy, hating to work.
Why, oh why did I stay so long. Why didn’t I get up and walk right out of that wretched place?
But God!
Believe me when I tell you that Bob’s MO (modus operandi) has not changed one iota. In fact, he never shies away from sarcasm, belittlement, or berating people often from his bully pulpit. That is what he is, you know…a cowardly bully.
Friends, stay far away. It is not a loving church. It is an abusive cult with a wolf leading. Calvary Temple of Sterling, VA is a dangerous place filled with arrogance and meanness.
I wish that I could have one do-over. But I can’t. So instead, I warn.
