“Sterling Man Charged with Sexual Assault of Minors Set for December Plea, Sentencing”

On November 10, 2020, Loudoun Now published this very brief article stating that Kevin O’Conner was finally going to stand in court for his disgusting and egregious crimes. Finally. In summary, on December 17, O’Conner is going to enter a plea and be sentenced in one fail swoop.

I am not an attorney, so I am not entirely sure what this all means. Is he going to enter a plea of guilty? My hope is that he will. How can he be sentenced on the same day unless he enters a plea of guilty?

Unfortunately, Kevin O’Connor is a coward. I will not hold my breath that he will do the right thing. Why would he start now?

I pray that Loudoun County and the Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office have done their due diligence and this scum won’t get away with his crimes any longer.

The former deacon of Calvary Temple Ministries is scheduled to be in Circuit Court on Dec. 17 to plea to seven felony charges stemming from his alleged molestation of two teen girls 17 years ago. He is also set to be sentenced that same day. Kevin O’Connor, 64, is charged with the sexual abuse two girls age 13-15 between April 1 and May 3, 2003. The case was initially reported to the Sheriff’s Office in May 2003 but prosecutors declined to pursue charges at that time. The Sheriff’s Office began re-examining the case in 2012 and arrested O’Connor in August 2018. He is charged with forcible sodomy, two counts of indecent liberties with a child by custodian and four counts of aggravated sexual battery. O’Connor was initially held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center but was released on a $10,000 secured bond on Aug. 21, 2018.

I am sick to death of Bob Scott and Calvary Temple. Calvary Temple is not a church, but an abusive and authoritative cult. I am disgusted that this pervert, Star Robert “Bob” Scott, continues to call himself a Christian and a Minister of the Gospel. He is the complete opposite. He is nothing short of a wolf in sheep’s clothing; a predator; a hypocrite; a fraudster. He, himself, is a pedophile, preying on children younger and older than age 10. He lies to cover up his sexual sins. He perverts and twists the Gospel to justify his exorbitant lifestyle. He divides and destroys families proclaiming that it’s all for Jesus’ sake, and consumes it all upon himself.

This is all nothing short of Blasphemy! No exaggeration!

Bob Scott, you and your cohorts – including Kevin O’Connor – will stand before the ultimate Judge, Jesus Christ. You will give an account for every word, every action, every thought, every lie. You have taken away and added to the Word of God. You have decimated lives. You have chewed people up and spit them out. You’ve thrown children out into the streets as if they were garbage. You have maligned individuals and divided families through your edicts and proclamations.

And the people love to have it so. The people – the “Bobites” – who are still under your spell sit in their comfy seats week after week, nodding their heads in agreement as you stand in your faux pulpit and spread your sanctioned gossip. They whisper among themselves, relieved and holier-than-thou, hoping that your evilness will never touch them or their inner-bred families. They all marry, and give their sons and daughters in marriage to one another in that place, praying that it will be enough to spare them from your sword of destruction. If they all toe the line, maybe they will never find themselves in your cross-hairs. Holding their breath. Fingers crossed.

What a way to live, no?

But what they never realize is that it never matters. They can never do enough. They can never be enough. They can never give enough. You, Bob Scott, need to have complete authority. It is YOUR word, not the Word of God, that they must obey. The sheeple of Calvary Temple can never be assured of anything, even their salvation. You are the one who proclaims if someone is saved, not the Gospel of Jesus. If you say that some person is suffering or in trouble, then, By God! They must be! Throw them out in the street! Lock them up in a motel room. Separate mothers from sons and fathers from daughters; obliterate entire families!

Putrid.

Calvary Temple looks so neat and tidy on the outside, the attendees so polite, but on the inside exists only judgement, self-righteousness, chaos, and every evil work.

I want to see Kevin O’Connor behind bars. I want to see Bob Scott stand for his crimes against children.

And finally, I pray that peoples’ eyes will one day be opened. That the remaining members of Calvary Temple will awaken and shake themselves. That they will finally see what they’ve become and what they’ve done. I want them to know that we are all out here waiting for them. That we will welcome each one with open arms, just like the story of the Father and the Prodigal Son in Luke 15.
