There Are No Consequences in This Life – Aka Rogue Church (5/18/15)

(*Note from My Calvary Temple Tactics Blog Commentary (MCTTBC): On a personal level, this is the most heart-wrenching post that I have ever written. God Bless you for reading.)

There Are No Consequences in This Life – Aka Rogue Church

Tactics begins this post from May 2015 with a quote from a Calvary Temple ‘pastor’ – Jonathan Miller:

“There are no consequences in this life – this generation more than ever, you can go on the web, say all manners of evil, and there are no consequences. You can make allegations against people (chuckle/laughter) and there are no consequences. You can do whatever you want within reason and to a certain threshold there are no consequences” (Pastor Jon’s words).

Jonathan Miller, quote provided by Tactics of Calvary Temple

Tactics continues:

“Ok, ok – we get the point. There are no consequences in this life at Calvary Temple. We can get away with everything, until we die that is. Forget the laws of the land, we are not subject to them. But we will subject YOU to them. We have perfected the art of ‘making allegations’. No proof needed, as we thoroughly trash your reputation & destroy your family/marriage/friendships. We do whatever we want – within reason (whether or not you call Pastor Scott ‘reason-able’ depends on a variety of factors ranging from gullible to crony). Are we speaking from experience Pastor Jon? (Personally, I love it when he teaches. Talk about “out of the mouths of babes and sucklings”…um, suck-up might be a bit more accurate here.) Oh, BTW Pastor Jon, the pun is totally intended. I get what you meant, but love what you said.  Personally think it was a de ja vu moment.”

Tactics of Calvary Temple

Because it’s important, let’s take a look at the definition of the word, ‘consequences’:

The Cambridge Dictionary has this to say –

  1. result of a particular action or situation, often one that is bad or not convenient:
  2. result of an action or situationesp. (in the plural) a bad result:
  3. the condition of having a lasting effectimportance:

Of course, Jonathan Miller is being sarcastic. And, of course, Tactics is being sarcastic right back. That is until Tactics isn’t. While continuing in Tactics’ trademark wit, Tactics becomes very serious, for a very serious reason: Consequences, intended or unintended.

You and I both know that there are consequences to our actions. Not all of them are bad, many are even good, but speaking from experience, there is absolutely nothing good that ever comes from Calvary Temple – nothing. Only destruction.

Bob Scott and Calvary Temple’s trail of awful consequences is spread all over this country – from California to Virginia, St. Kitts to New York. Over 50 years of devastation – lives, families, children, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends – relationships splintered, fractured, irreversibly harmed, even unto death. No exemptions or exceptions. Even Bob Scott’s own son has felt the sting of his wretched father’s consequences.

Sigh…

It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. While I consider exposing Calvary Temple and warning people – to either never set foot in that place or to get out of there – very serious work, my heart is broken as I write this particular MCTTBC installment. This, to date, is the absolute worst post of my life. I write it to honor a woman who suffered at the hands of Star Robert Scott, to the point of death. No consequences, Bob Scott? No consequences, Jonathan Miller?

Let me tell you, people of Calvary Temple – there are consequences to what all of you have done; all that you’ve said. You say that you quote the Bible. You say that you are only doing what the Bible says. And I challenge you to say that to the mourning loved ones of this precious woman; she died of a broken, hopeless heart.

That’s right. You can’t. Because you all are nothing but a bunch of cowards and hypocrites. And I will not apologize for writing any of this, as I share, by permission the following personal account that Don Reed posted as a comment on a Dear Calvary Temple blog post (please use the link in this sentence to see the video Don makes reference to):

In that video Star Scott speaks of a brother who is going through something but Star said it hasn’t been made public yet.
What Star is talking about is the death of my wife Norma Reed who took her life on August 4th 2022. Norma was suffering from anxiety and depression, she called her son back in May and asked her son Patrick if and when we could go down. Patrick’s answer was a shock to his mom, he told her not to come down and that it is because we left Tony’s Church in Buffalo NY. After Norma took her life, Patrick’s younger brother called Patrick and told his brother that me and his mother are reprobates and have been given over to satan for the destruction of the flesh and that we are “dead” to him. Sadly Pat bought in to the “high priests” twist of scripture, but I guarantee he will tell all that he and his wife made the decision, which may be true, but was surely inspired by the Calvary’s sanhedrin coming together in March to have their “panel discussion”. It is so sad to see people just bobbling their heads and buying into deception that is being spewed from the “high priest” and his “levites”.
As you can imagine, Patrick’s answer to his mom was devastating and she just felt worthless. Norma never once railed against this cult, the only thing I can remember her saying is that the cult made serving the Lord an obligation and not a joy. I told her to get out of there (*The Sanctuary in Buffalo, NY).
Well I am sure this cult probably thinks that Norma and I got what we had coming to us. I can only say that these “leaders” are wicked and one day will pay a price for their wickedness, maybe not here on this earth but most certainly on the day of the Lord.
Patrick will one day figure out that he was deceived and it will hit him hard, his mom truly is dead and his last words to her (because of the arrogant cult leaders) “don’t come down”.
Norma told me if Pat calls tell him we will see him in glory.
I hope our children will one day see that living for “pastors heart” instead of living for Christ was wicked and hopefully they will wake up.
Our children are being deceived because there are half truths being preached, and partial scriptures being quoted, and others being twisted. Our children read the scriptures in light of their cult leader’s interpretation. To simply put it, they have been indoctrinated, thus being deceived.
God’s grace has truly been sufficient for me in this time as I grieve the loss of Norma, and I will have to go on without her, but by the grace of God, I will go on.
Lastly, Norma raised her 3 boys by herself, she sacrificed for those boys as they were growing up, her first husband left her with 3 boys to raise, and as I said, she sacrificed to put food on their table and clothes on their backs and a roof over their heads. Norma was a Godly woman and a Godly wife.
This is the payback she got from her son who got caught up in the cult. I hope he repents and gets his heart right with God.

Let’s continue to pray that God will wake up our children. They are deceived. So when one is deceived there is no getting through to them, and the only one who can is the Spirit of the living God.

God bless you Molly and others who are victims of this cult.
Sincerely
Don Reed

*The Sanctuary in Buffalo, NY, is a Calvary Temple-approved and affiliated “church” headed by Bobite Tony Wozniak. Same contaminated doctrine. Same putrid message. Same foul consequences.

To Don Reed and his family, my heart grieves with you at the loss of your precious Norma. Don, you are so brave in posting your story on Molly’s blog and allowing me to repost it here. I want you to know that until God tells me to stop, I will continue to pray, to stand, to be that watchman on the wall, and speak out against Calvary Temple. I do it for you, for Norma, and for thousands of others. And most of all, I do it for Jesus. It is His Word that Bob Scott twists for his own purposes; for his own gain.

God Bless you, Don.

To you Bob Scott, what can you possibly say about this? Who will you blame? How will you yet again, shirk your responsibility for this dear woman’s death. Where will you be able to hide on Judgment Day? When does this end?

How many more, Bob? How many more?

Bob Scott, there is blood on your hands.

Period.

I only have two more things to add:

First, read the information found on my VIP LINKS and VIP DOCS pages. Do a simple Google search. Bob Scott can only spin, refute, and lie about all of this to the people within Calvary Temple. Everyone else knows about him and what he has done. He can’t control the narrative and he absolutely hates that.

Second, please be reminded that members of Calvary Temple, including their leader, Star Robert Scott, are currently under an open long-standing investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) into allegations of CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE. This investigation has led to one arrest and conviction of a Calvary Temple member, Kevin O’Connor.

Stay away from Calvary Temple.

One last note to Bob Scott:

Ephesians 6:1-4

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.” Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Exodus 20:12

“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

Deuteronomy 5:16

“‘Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God commanded you, that your days may be long, and that it may go well with you in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

Proverbs 23:22

Listen to your father who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.

Matthew 15:4

For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’

Luke 18:20

You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery, Do not murder, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother.’”

Proverbs 30:17

The eye that mocks a father and scorns to obey a mother will be picked out by the ravens of the valley and eaten by the vultures.

Colossians 3:20-21

Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.

Proverbs 20:20

If one curses his father or his mother, his lamp will be put out in utter darkness.

Proverbs 19:26

He who does violence to his father and chases away his mother is a son who brings shame and reproach.

THIS IS THE WORD OF GOD.

REPENT, Bob Scott, for the day of the Lord is at hand.

  1. Calvary Temple, have you not seen how you have made Bob your god? And what he says you take as word, deed, and fact!?! Look, look, Bob’s hands have blood on them, yet again! Open your eyes people! Dear God, open their eyes! Open their eyes before the world hears about another Jonestown or Waco!

  2. Thank you Michelle for your kindness and honoring of a mother. I didn’t spend time often with Norma. I remember a loving mother, she was proud of Patrick and her grandkids. It’s so sad. I don’t know how Patrick will forgive himself as time shows the full measure of self righteousness exhibited towards his mother; she gave him life and raised him to love God.

I love the scriptures that you put at the end, God loves families. He made families. Churches are not families they are churches. And cannot replace families. You can be assured Pastor Starr Scott is responsible for Patrick’s rejection of his mother. It has happened to dozens of families. For no reason other than that we love our children and they love us.

Pastor Scott is a thief. Stealing loving children by insinuating that their parents are not worthy of honor and love. So when the rest of Normas’ family consider Patricks deeds and awful words of rejection to his mom prior to her death; know behind the scenes Pastor Star Scott is the author.
